These terms apply when you use livizyhome.com (the “website”) or buy from Livizy Home (“we”, “us”). By using the website or placing an order, you agree to them.
1. Products and prices
- All prices are in Indian Rupees (₹) and include applicable taxes. Shipping charges, if any, are shown at checkout.
- We try to show products, colours and specifications accurately. Small differences in colour or finish can appear depending on your screen.
- Please check the compatibility details on each product page (for example door thickness or wiring requirements) before ordering. If you’re not sure, contact us first.
2. Orders and payment
- After you place an order, we’ll email you an order confirmation. We may cancel an order, for example if an item is out of stock or a price was shown incorrectly. If we do, we’ll refund you in full.
- Online payments are processed securely by our payment partners; we never see or store your full card details.
3. Shipping, returns and cancellations
Delivery, returns, refunds and cancellations are covered by our Shipping policy and our Returns and refund policy.
4. Installation and safe use
Install and use products as described in their manuals. Electrical products such as switches, panels and lighting should be installed by a qualified electrician. We are not responsible for damage or injury caused by incorrect installation, wiring or misuse.
5. Warranty
Products carry the brand warranty shown in their specifications. The warranty covers manufacturing defects. It does not cover damage caused by accidents, incorrect installation, misuse or unauthorised repairs.
6. Website content
The text, images and design of this website belong to Livizy Home or its partners and may not be copied without permission. Other product and brand names belong to their respective owners.
7. Limitation of liability
To the extent allowed by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from the use of the website or our products, and our total liability for an order is limited to the amount you paid for it. Nothing in these terms limits your rights as a consumer under Indian law.
