We want you to love your Livizy Home products. If something isn’t right, we’re here to help.

7-day returns

You can return an item within 7 days of delivery if it is unused, not installed, and in its original box with all parts, manuals and accessories.

Damaged, faulty or wrong items

If your order arrives damaged, doesn’t work, or isn’t what you ordered, tell us within 7 days of delivery and we’ll replace it or refund you in full, at no extra cost to you. Photos of the product and the box help us sort it out faster.

What can’t be returned

• Items that have been installed or used, or were damaged after delivery
• Items sent back without their original box, parts or accessories
• Damage caused by incorrect installation, wiring or misuse

Problems that appear later are covered by the product’s brand warranty (see below).

How to start a return

Contact us through our Contact page with your order number and the reason for the return. We’ll reply with the next steps. Please don’t send an item back before we’ve confirmed the return.

Refunds

Once we receive and check the returned item, we’ll let you know whether the refund is approved. Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method within 7 working days; your bank may take a few more days to show it. For Cash on Delivery orders, we refund to your bank account or UPI ID.

Cancellations

You can cancel your order free of charge any time before it is dispatched, and we’ll refund you in full. Once an order has been dispatched it can no longer be cancelled, but the return rules above apply after delivery.

Warranty

Most Livizy Home devices come with a 1 to 3-year brand warranty, shown in each product’s specifications. For a warranty claim, contact us with your order number and a short description, photo or video of the problem.
