Add the device in the app in a few taps and connect it to your home network or gateway.

Do I need an electrician to install the smart switches?
It depends on your home’s wiring and the switch you choose. Many smart switches need a neutral wire, and wiring requirements are listed on each product page. If you’re not comfortable working with electrical wiring, we recommend a qualified electrician.
Will the smart lock work with my door?
Compatibility depends on your door’s thickness, the existing lock type and the handle direction. Please check the measurements and specifications on the product page before ordering — and contact us if you’re not sure.
What happens if the power goes out?
It depends on the product. Battery-powered devices keep working during a power cut, while wired devices resume once power is back. Check each product’s specifications for details, including any backup options.
